HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY

Dear, sweet Snow White of Snow White and the 76 Dwarfs has tagged me with the Honest Scrap meme. The rules to this game are that you have to list 10 honest AND interesting facts about yourself and then tag some others to do the same. I've been at this blogging thing for a little over six months now and I've pretty much covered everything even remotely interesting about myself so………………………I've decided to switch it up a bit and interview My Harley Stud and tell you 10 fabulously honest and interesting things about him.

Did you see him roll his eyes? See how he is. *sigh*

Me: MHS, tell us about yourself. Inquiring minds want to know. Now be honest. And try to watch your potty mouth.

MHS: Well, #1 is that I have an annoying wife.

Me: I said you have to be honest. Again with the eyeroll? What are you, five?

Me: Seriously, you can help out your sweet baby and tell us a lil something, can't you?

MHS: If I do this, will you go away?

Me: Of course, I've got some serious blogging to get to.

MHS: OK.

Me: Let's start again with #1 because I didn't like your first answer.

  1. I enjoy woodworking. This is true and I have the turned bowls, fireplace mantle, built-in closet and crown moulding to prove it.
  2. I still own my first car. Anybody want to buy an antique muscle car?
  3. I am color blind. The girls and I have had a lot of fun with this one.
  4. I hate to wear long pants. He will wear shorts until it's 20 degrees f.
  5. Any Alabama song makes me think of my darling wife. We started listening to their music when we were dating 100 years ago.
  6. I snore like a freight train. OK, I added this one on my own. Shhhhhhh!
  7. My first wife was a smart, beautiful, sexy and very nice woman. I AM his first wife. *eyeroll*
  8. I like to watch car shows on television. This allows his beautiful wife to blog A LOT!
  9. I hate peanutbutter. That's just un-American if you ask me.
  10. I'm an excellent marksman but would never harm an animal. A true animal lover he is but I have to question the "excellent" adjective.
  11. I like Harley Davidson Motorcyles and collect HD shirts everywhere I go. It's like a flippin' uniform. Jean shorts and a Harley shirt. (Oh and I had to list eleven because he doesn't know about #6.)

Thank you MHS. That's quite a list. You are an amazing man and I love you to pieces.

I am tagging Mona of Wsprsweetly of Cottages for the Honest Scrap meme because every time Mona writes an honest thought in her blog, she gets all befuddled and deletes it. This will be a great exercise for her.

Have fun, Mona! Who loves ya, baby!

OK, peeps! MHS bailed me out of this mess so I've got to go do something nice for him now.

………………….Later!

HA! I want to know what that something nice was that you had to do for him! Wait, maybe not. Keep that to yourselves! ;)

Your guy sounds muy fabuloso. Does he have any cute, single brothers?

One of my sisters collects everything Harley too! As a matter of fact, whenever I went anywhere I had to bring her back a different harley medallion. So, she has one from one end of the California to the state of Washington.

Lisa-He is and you should get one. A Harley, that is, or a Harley stud, whichever....

Kathy-#1 lives in FL, divorced and has both kids with him. (daughter lurks here) #2-lives in Indiana/in a relationship #3 lives in NC/in a relationship #4 lives in Wisconsin - not in relationship.

Beth-Feel free to steal/borrow any idea.

Movie-I have a hard time following rules and recipes.

Lilu-Oh he watches the History channel, the Discovery channel, and the Military channel too.

BRG-I know, me too. I'm waiting.

Geri-Same here. Every time anyone goes on vacation, they bring back a shirt. He has them from all over.

BV-Oh yeah, that's me. LOL

Pearl-Thanks, Pearl.

MLS-He's very, very sorry. He's technologically challenged, you know.

Now that was interesting, way to keep it in the family! I love the Alabama citation...that's very sweet. Was an Alabama tune the one you picked for your first dance together on your wedding day?

I just finished that TRUTH thing. Now I have to go lay down with a cold cloth over my eyes and a bottle of Burbon..or is that Bourbon?? Whatever...

Great post. I'll have to try this with Bigblock without him finding out I blog, just a little matter, right?

Beloved watches Cops and any sort of poker show. And snores like a freight train. And his second wife is smart, beautiful, sexy and very nice woman. When she isn't crazy hormonal.

Hmmm...methinks Beloved and MHS have a few things in common.

But I think you're right about the peanut butter thing...just damn un-American.

Thistle-We didn't dance at our wedding but that is a story that has to wait for the continuing saga of "the story of us".

Mona-You poor, poor dear. I hope I wasn't too hard on you. Bwahahaha!

Wunderwoman-That could be tricky.

Jan-So if you change your plans and make it to Florida, maybe we should get these two together.

Diana-That's a great idea!

Fancy-He didn't think so. LOL

Debbie-Yeah, he's a funny guy. *eyeroll*

This was so much fun, loved learning more about MHS. I figure he reads your blog abut as much as my hubs reads mine, what with #6 getting thrown in and all.

Smart Mouth Broad said...

Pseudo-Yeah he only reads it when I tell him too. Sometimes I ask him to proof it before I publish.

Ok..a bit after the fact..but...what I really think is that you probably laugh at old ladies when they fall down crossing the street...and...and...probably yell "JUMP! JUMP! to idiots on tall buildings..and..and..:):)
I'M KIDDING!! I'M KIDDING!!
