THE ANSWER

.....at least for me is always the beach. It calms me. Soothes my soul. Refreshes my spirit.

Thanks so much to everyone who commented on my last post. You have no idea how much your friendship means to me.

BIG Hugs,
SMB

Big hug to you - we all have days like that. I miss the beach, but it is such a good answer. Great one, in fact. Wave therapy... just listening to it makes me calmer.

Hope your weekend goes OK, and I'm with you btw on Mother's Day. I miss my mother, my grandmother, my aunt - and it will be just another day for me.

Something about the ions in the air make the beach a good place to be...

Ah, I thought perhaps there would be a trip to the beach this weekend.

You know I love you to death, girl - I so hope you're feeling better!

I feel very honored to have found you, myself! I feel the same way about the beach. Our honeymoon was spent there, and next week we're off to the beach for our anniversary! ((hugs))

Have a wonderful day, and a fabulous Mother's Day, too!

OMG it is even prettier in the big shot. I'm with you. A walk n the beach. A sit on the sand. Works wonders.

What a beautiful photo of the beach. Anytime I was near a beach for vacation, I always loved going for the solitude walks. Just hearing the waves, digging my toes in the sand, and reflecting on my life... not always a good thing, but hey, reflecting nonetheless.

So glad I have found your blog and several others... you guys ARE my friends, since I haven't made any new ones here in KS yet!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend. *hugs*

I wish I was there right now. 4 1/2 hours is too far away. I miss of salty air, the sea gulls scretching, the waves crashing, the sand beneath my feet. Heaven, bury me in the sand, I say!
XOXOXOXO

I know how you feel. I have to be by water. No beach sadly, but I have a great canal nearby

I hope that helps you too. Hang in there and don't be too hard on yourself if it flares up again...it truly is hormonal...it's out of our hands and we need help with it...but..maybe the beach will help...you never know!

I remember the very time I went to the beach after my father died
in 1982. There's something about the vastness of the ocean & sky that can fill you with great sadness and peace at the same time.

Give yourself a big hug, Girl.

I love the beach too and I so can't wait for it to actually warm up enough to go there. It's still too flippin cold here. Hope you are feeling better! Hugs, Lori
