Jane at Gaston Studio has tagged me with a fun little game. I just can’t resist a good game. This one could be a little tricky.
I have been instructed to tell you three things about myself: Two truths and one lie. You have to guess which is the lie and leave a comment with your guess and why you think it’s a lie.
This exercise has proven to be quite difficult for me because I’m so pure of heart and all. It’s a good thing you can’t see my face because I’m not a good liar. I can’t keep a straight face.
I will reveal the lie tomorrow night some time before or after Jack. How’s that for being specific? Once revealed, I’ve been instructed to tag a few others to continue the fun.
Wedding fun: True or False?
#1: Our wedding started 30 minutes late because the best man, The Biker Nazi, overslept after having a bit too much fun at the bachelor party the night before.
#2: My Harley Stud and I were married by the same minister who officiated at James Dean’s funeral.
#3: Our wedding picture was in the yellow pages.
Catch me if you can. *wink*

Yellow pages. Easy... no link!
I just found your blog. I love sarcasim. I will visit often.
I'm putting my lie/truth post up today. I'm having a hard time figuring out what I have not shared already...
I thought yours might be easy for me since I feel like I know you fairly well, but I'm stymied. And I don't think I have gotten one of these right so far.
I'm going with #1, because it seems too much like it could happen.
*grabs yellow pages to flip thru for photo*.. NOPE, photo not there, guess that one is the lie.
Di
The Blue Ridge Gal
I am going with number one. It just seems to obvious. LOL.
xxoo
E
LOL going with no. 1 as the lie :-)
Gotta go with #1 for same reason everyone else gave.
I'm guessing #2 is the lie. If your wedding minister really did officiate at James Dean's funeral, he must have been using a Zimmer frame at your wedding. LOL.
I'll guess that 2 is the lie. Can't believe he's still around
I'm horrid. I cheat.
I'm going with #3, because #1 is all too believable and a little bit of research shows me #2 is, too.
I am going to guess that #2 is a lie.
I love this game, I've used it before in a group setting as an ice breaker, but I think I might love it even more as a blog game!
I think I might tag myself and play it this week as well!
(snicker) I have NO idea! YOu are such an unusual person...well, I have to guess that perhaps your wedding picture WAS in the yellow pages, and that your best man overslept...?!
(grin)
I'm going with #1. And it is really just a guess.
Can't wait to find out the truth!
ARGHHHHH.....I have no idea because I just can't imagine you lying to us at anytime. It's all true, right?
I'm going with #3. No. Wait. #1. No no.. 3.
Yeah. #3. That's my final answer. LOL
This is great, because all three are believable. The Yellow Pages makes sense, because maybe your wedding photo was used by the photographer in his ad. I've not done the research, but perhaps the minister that officiated at James Dean's funeral would have still been around about the time you guys got married, and #1 is believable because of things you've said about the Biker Nazi! However, BN seems like a very responsible individual, so I'm going to guess #1.
And if you're going to reveal tomorrow night before or after Jack, I'm assuming you mean the episode of 24, and the Jack being Jack Bower. I followed all the seasons until this one, and was really addicted. However, I missed the first three episodes of this season (I had our DVR set wrong) and so I never did catch up. Maybe I can catch them in reruns. :)
I think number two is a fib. Sounds like something your razor sharp brain would think up! Number one...almost a given! Number three...It would NOT surprise me one bit!!
sigh..I'm always WRONG! (see, negitive thinking right away takes over!)
Just a guess: It's nr. 2! Yellow pages could be possible! I found my photo at Google, so your wedding photo could be used by a photographer who is showing off the photos of goodlooking couples he had the honour to take photos of.
I choose #3
Even though they all sound believable I am going with #1.
At first I thought your wedding started late...but, after reading the comments I see it must be the yellow pages. :o)
I just found your blog and just started mine...check it out if you want.
Would you like to join me in another game, for which I had been tagged? The rules are to be found on my blog!
I'm going with Number 3 - your picture was probably a gorgeous advertisement for a photographer or it accidentally made its way into the ad for for one of those 1-900 sex number places... You're too young to have the guy from James Dean's funeral officiate. And everybody has someone show up late because they overslept. Hugs!
Hmmmm... I'm going number 2... and this is a fun game!
I loved that movie "Catch me if you can" with Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks. Have you seen it? So good and based on a true story. Funny you should use it as your title :).
I choose yellow pages as the lie, I cannot imagine this happening, and if its a truth, we need evidence.
